 Prof. Shalini Perera from University of London visited Ehern Law Firm

In the afternoon of March 26th, accompanied by Prof. EricSun, our part-time lawyer and vice president of School of Economic Law, East China University of Political Science and Law, Prof. Shalini Perera form University of London visited Ehern Law Firm. It is always a pleasure to greet friends from afar. Sha Jian, the director of Shanghai Ehern Law Firm and Lu Ya, the Senior Partner,  accompanied and promoted interaction with each other.

Shalini Perera is a professor of Queen Mary University of London，whose major area of research is Company Law, and she has an intimate knowledge of shareholder lawsuits under the framework of common law system, and the rights＆obligations of directors,. Director Sha introduced the current main business areas and developments to Prof. Shalini Perera. Then, the professor addressed us basic information about Queen Mary University of London. Both sides discussed the differences between China and Britain in the lawyer system, commercial legal services and other areas. In the conference, EricSun, the head of overseas business team and insurance law service, explored international insurance business with Shalini. Both sides are looking forward to an opportunity for legal service cooperation in the future.
