近日，上海对外经贸大学教师唐琼琼正式加盟上海以恒律师事务所。唐琼琼博士的加盟，深化和扩大了以恒律师事务所涉外法律业务的领域与层次。
唐琼琼博士专业领域为国际法、国际商事争端解决、电子商务法。曾作为中国业界专家多次参加学术研讨会议及前沿热点探究，包括有2014年年度国家社会科学基金青年项目“美式与欧式跨区域贸易协定比较研究与我国对策研究”；2015年联合国国际贸易法委员会有关跨境电子商务在线纠纷解决的专题立法会议，并主持研究2015年度“跨境电子商务在线纠纷解决国际立法及我国的应对研究”国家课题。

Recently, Tang Qiongqiong, a lecturer of Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, formally joined Shanghai Ehern Law Firm. With the joining of Dr. Tang Qiongqiong, Ehern Law Firm’s filed and level of foreign-related legal businesses will be deepened and expanded.
Dr. Tang Qiongqiong specializes in international law, international commercial dispute settlement and electronic commerce law. She has participated in many academic seminars and frontier and hot-topic researches as an industry expert, including National Social Science Fund for Youth Project “Comparative Study of American-European Transregional Trade Agreements and Study on China’s Countermeasures” in 2014; the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law’s Special Legislative Meeting on Online Dispute Resolution in Cross-border E-commerce in 2015. Also, she presided over and studied the national topic “International legislation on Online Dispute Resolution of Cross-border E-commerce and Research on China’s Response”.
